concretization

Often in coaching sessions I’m experiencing a relief for my clients occurring when they describe in detail the current difficulty. This certainly has to do with the prospect of getting support now, but not alone. It has also to do with the fact that I help with my questions to flesh out the difficulty. The anxiety “I cannot handle it myself” which is often associated with the difficulty tempts to get one again and again on internal escape routes and prevents us from seeing the problem clearly. We are usually already done with the impression “it is difficult”, more we don´t want to know. To look closely brings with it tangibility and generates self acknowledgement which creates the experience of feeling good.

Hence my question to you is, if something is difficult for you:
What is it exactly what it is so difficult for you / so uncomfortable / so scary?
Try to put it in writing.
