half full

We all know the metaphor for an abundance or shortage-oriented view of the world: Do you see the glass half full or half empty? If it’s half empty, there is a need, a necessity. If it is half full, there is the possibility to supplement the existing, to enrich, to expand. So we act either from joy or from distress. Let us apply that on your New Year’s resolutions:
On what basis do you have formulated them?
If you have used the base of shortage: How would your intention sound,  if it was based on the joy of what is already there?
How does this affect you and your action energy?
