In some coachings we are working towards the goal of freedom in life, of enhancing the own options, of supporting the own personal development and of discovering old limitations and letting go of them. With this topic it is helpful not only to double check the cognitive patterns but also the emotional patterns:
Do we always feel the same feelings? Are the options of feelings limited by certain categories, which we can take on in turns? Or is it not about options but about the own attitude towards the inner world of feelings? Do I want to feel something new? Or better not? Or maybe you do have the (subconscious) fantasy, that feelings are not good at all? Or is it because you feel overextended with yourself and prefer to “switch off”, when the head cannot categorize the feeling?
When was the last time you have had a new feeling?
