And they interpret this as an expression of the others will rather than as an effect of the type of question they have asked. Quiet often it is not even <!--more-->a question but a statement they have expressed, e.g. \u201cYou should change something about it.\u201d This leads to a response like \u201cWhy (me)?\u201d or \u201cI don\u00b4t think so.\u201d But also questions often lead to the wrong direction, e.g. \u201cWhy don\u00b4t you change anything about it?\u201d \u2013 this question makes the other justify and reason the state, which we actually don\u00b4t want any longer, and even consolidate it.<\/p>\n<p>The question should be formulated in way that makes the other really think towards the direction, we are heading for, e.g. \u201cHow could you change something about it in order to\u2026?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And what kind of questions do you raise?<\/p>\n<div id=\"themify_builder_content-804\" data-postid=\"804\" class=\"themify_builder_content themify_builder_content-804 themify_builder themify_builder_front\">\n\n\t<\/div>\n<!-- \/themify_builder_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Clients report in coaching often about having a problem with their boss, colleague, employee or partner, who is not responding the way they want him or her \u00a0to respond.
