supervisions for coaches
As a trainer of coaches, author of the book „Potenzialorientiertes Coaching – Ein Praxishandbuch“, assessor of ICF and one of currently only 9 Master Certified Coaches, MCC (Coaches (highest degree of certification by ICF, International Coach Federation) in Germany I offer together with my husband, Christopher Weber-Fürst, PCC, professional certified coach, supervision to coaches for optimization of their own coaching competence and further development – also in the context of applying for a certification.
ICF has approved this supervision with 20 CCEUs, Continuing Coach Education Units, for core competencies, which can be used for renewing a credential.
We meet once a month in Munich, on working days, from 7 to 9 pm, and work on 2 to 4 cases or requests per evening. This allows an optimized approach for the further steps in the work with the coachee, a deeper understanding of backgrounds, a more clear inner orientation and/or a chance for personal development.
Safeguarding anonymity for the coachee and highest confidentiality are equally important maxims for our work as refraining from judgements and comparisons.The group comprises up to 20 coaches in continous formation for the time of 10 meetings within one year.

You can book training courses and seminars as single events or as part of a larger, more comprehensive programme. Content and methods are aligned with the client’s objectives and the specific needs of the participants. You will receive a concept before the training / seminar is planned to start.
