emotional habits

Not only our thoughts are constantly repetitive, but also our emotional patterns. And both canker each other and catapult us into well-known spirals. On a Sunday off like today would actually be enough space to experience something new, to have a really new experience. But that one step more, beyond our usual states, feelings, thought patterns we often do not go. Unconsciously, we feel comfortable in the familiar, even if they are unpleasant mental and emotional patterns. It is a “safe” form of existence, we are already familiar with it. Eckhart Tolle calls this the “pain-body” and we can imagine it almost as an usual posture of our emotional world. Do you want to try to hold and move yourself emotionally different?
