Do you know also this undefined feeling that something is missing in order to feel good? Amazing how quickly we go to search for something which we could provide us with, for example, a piece of chocolate, something new to wear, a beautiful movie, friends, etc. We automatically assume that if we are missing something we need MORE of something. But it’s worth it to question it:
If something is missing to feel good is it then not perhaps rather a LESS of something? For example, Less things to clean up, less things to think of, less scheduled time …?
