simple or complex

We all have our particular level on the scale between “simple” and “complex”. We have a level for factual decisions and disputes, another for interpersonal issues, another for personal issues, and another one for reflections. When we experience something non-matching with our level, we label it quickly with “too simple” or “too complicated” and so happily ignore reality. Some issues are actually more complex than we would like them to be. And some solutions can be actually more simple than we would want them to be. Why do we try to ignore this differentiation?
