Does this sound familiar?: Having had no time for yourself after a loaded day or week. Working overtime, high demands, multitasking, coordination of duties and wishes fill us up but don´t fulfill us. What do we actually mean with “time for myself”? If we finally find time, we tend to fill this time up again – with voluntarily chosen things, something private and by this miss again what we actually need: Being with ourselves, getting how we feel, paying attention to ourselves, giving regard, “visiting” ourselves. The more we are busy with other things, the less we make it – no matter if these things are duties or by choice.
When was the last time you have “visited” yourself?
What do you believe you need in order to do that?
If you pay attention to yourself right now: What are you discovering?
